I honestly can’t think of anyway to improve the customer service that I received. I had a vision and reached out for help. The response was fast and accurate. I went ahead and submitted my vision/order. The proof came back within 24 hours as promised. I approved the art and within another 24 hours, I received notification that the order was in the mail.Pretty straight forward. It was so easy, I won’t wait so long to order. I will definitely be ordering from this site again!Update: I received my order in the mail just an hour ago, more than 24 hours earlier than quoted by FedEx. I was hesitant to order in the first place because my awareness ribbon isn’t very common. The takeaway from this, use Award Decals for everything moving forward, don’t hesitate to order from them, they will get it right and you will get the order fast!!! (I’m in California).

I sent in my friends drawing and the artist made his own design of it which came out AMAZING. SO much better than I expected it to be. Now my family has great quality stickers that (I can tell) will last for a long time to remember my brother who passed away. Thank you guys so much! Literally so happy with how they came out. I got the glossy 4 x 4“ and they were the perfect size. The team responded so quickly and I was able to get the stickers in time for a family bbq the same week. Really great experience. Uploading the logo was super simple, the turnaround was very fast (3-4 days from order to receiving items), and the quality is excellent. I had a great experience with Award Decals. Initially we ordered the wrong size decals for our youth football team and our first game was fast approaching when they arrived. Guy I would honestly like to buy your product...I really would, I like the designs. I see nothing wrong with the quality. But the price is soooo far out of line with what is acceptable. I just cant bring myself to do it. I honestly cant.Vinyl is cheap, printing is cheap. Academy sports sells for $3.99 what you sell for $21 on amazon WITHOUT PRIME!!I don't mind paying a premium for quality products. But this Its just unacceptable...I put this in the same category as charging $12 for a beer at the ball park, Charging $1000 for a chain saw or $20/gallon of gas after a hurricane.

Phenomenal job. I’m an army officer who needed some decals of our unit to make a helmet as a going away gift. Each and every one of the people at Award Decals was incredibly helpful. If you are shopping around, STOP!! This company is phenomenal. You get every penny’s worth and then some. Ina day where customer service doesn’t exist - these guys and gals EXCEL!!! Ask for Sue and ask for Tim tondeaign your art. You will send me a thank you card. Sue was patient, she followed up with me, was attentive to every detail and made me feel like Inwas their #1 customer. I only spent $200 for some customer decals but was treated as if it were $10mm. Can not say enough. Stickers, artwork, colors all amazing and exactly what I wanted. High quality!! Some general samples were mailed out in a timely fashion, in order to see/feel some of the offerings available.
