Shipping Policies – Award Decals
Orders with us are put into our print queue on a first come first serve basis. To be fair to all our customers and keep things running nice and smooth, we do not offer “pay to rush” production options. You can however opt for 2 day or overnight shipping options. *Remember there is always a production time associated with every order. See below for production times. We always try to help our customers with their due dates, so let us know if the “additional comments” box on your products. We’ll do our very best. Any decals that require custom proofs are being emailed in 1 business day from the order date for your approval.

Award Decals offers four convenient shipping options through FedEx or USPS. All packages are shipped as specified and include insurance for purchase amount.

During the Holidays, remember ship time with USPS or FED EX may experience delays out of our control due to high volume.
Standard Shipping: Products shipped via standard USPS Priority or Fed Ex Ground services are normally delivered within two-five business days after shipment. Depending on your address compared with ours in Lenexa KS.
FedEx 2-Day Shipping: Award Decals offers this expedited shipping option for most products. Products shipped via two-day service prior to 5:00 p.m. CST are normally delivered by 4:30 p.m. local time two business days after shipment.
FedEx Overnight Delivery: Award Decals offers this expedited shipping option on most of Award Decals’ products. Products shipped prior to 5:00 p.m. EST via overnight service are normally delivered by 3:00 p.m. local time one business day after shipment. Overnight delivery is not available for orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.
International Shipping: Award Decals offers various international shipping methods in accordance with your location. FedEx International Standard, and USPS Global Priority are some of the services we offer. Please call our customer service department at 1-800-525-9395 (1-913-677-6681) for a shipment quote to your region.
Remember that these estimates are for time in transit only, and that they do not apply until the product leaves Award Decals’ facilities. As the delivery of your order is beyond Award Decals’ control once your order leaves Award Decals’ facilities, Award Decals cannot assume liability for late deliveries, regardless of the delivery method you specify.
Signature is required for delivery: Most smaller orders that are shipped do not require a signature upon delivery. However larger orders will automatically be flagged for signature upon delivery. If you will not be at the shipping address to accept delivery of your product, consider shipping the item to an address where someone you trust will be available to sign for your package. Please note that Award Decals is not able to adjust the shipping address once a package has left Award Decals’ warehouse. Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to you on delivery. Please note that, if you are willing to assume the risks of delivering your order without a signature, you may authorize Award Decals to arrange for a delivery that does not require anyone to be at the delivery address.
Undeliverable Packages: Occasionally packages are returned to Award Decals as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to Award Decals, you will be contacted to make arrangements for reshipment.
Failed Delivery Attempts: Most of Award Decals’ carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. After three delivery attempts, the carrier will return the package to Award Decals.
